Andrea bergesio (born 1970 in buenos aires, argentina) is an argentine artist who lives and works in buenos aires. its practice is developed in the field of abstraction and is focused on the materiality, texture and transformation of the form.

He began to develop his artistic practice independently at the age of twenty-two and then continued with a sustained training with artists in good air. he has a degree in human relations and public affairs, with postgraduate studies in communication strategy. his artistic formation includes the study of art history in the national museum of fine arts of good air, as well as years of pictorial practice and a workshop of mixed and encaustic techniques with the french artist laly mille.

In his first work he explored more figurative and surreal compositions, focused on objects and made in oil. over time, its practice evolved towards abstraction, incorporating acrylics, inks, pigments, mineral materials and mixed techniques, with an increasing interest in textured and stratified surfaces.

Bergesio has participated in collective exhibitions in good air and his work has also been reproduced for selected corporate projects. his works are part of private collections in mexico, peru, iceland and argentina.
